IVAN CHOI

PRINCIPAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Ivan graduated from the University of Sydney in 1999 and subsequently completed his Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapy in 2005. He is an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

A physiotherapist for over 20 years, Ivan has gained vast experience working in public hospitals and private practice both in Australia and in the UK.

Ivan's expertise is diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. He has vast experience in sports physiotherapy - treating athletes at all different levels.

Ivan treats the cause of the issue and implements self-management strategies and preventative measures to reduce the risk of re-injury.

Ivan has special interests in spinal and musculoskeletal conditions, biomechanics, and post orthopaedic surgical rehabilitation.

In his spare time, Ivan is a keen rugby fan and enjoys a regular game of touch football.

TYLER SELWYN

Tyler graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from AUT University in New Zealand.

Tyler has been working in a musculoskeletal private practice setting since her graduation, where she has gained experience diagnosing and treating a range of different injuries.

Tyler has a passion for helping individuals return to sport post injury, by helping individuals regain strength and mobility. Tyler also has a passion for injury prevention, and works with individuals to promote long term health goals.

Tyler believes in a person-centred approach to rehabilitation, with a focus on exercise-based rehabilitation and pain modulation in order to achieve patient goals.

In Tyler’s spare time, she enjoys playing netball, going for walks, and attending reformer pilates classes.

RACHEL ZHANG

ASSOCIATE PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from the University of Sydney.

 

Rachel has been working in private practice and has experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions across diverse client populations.

She has a strong interest in movement and biomechanics, and enjoys applying this knowledge to help patients improve function, build confidence, and return to the activities they love.

Rachel takes a client centred approach to care, with a focus on exercise-based rehabilitation, education, and long-term injury management.

She is also fluent in Mandarin.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys dancing, reading, and spending time at the beach.

KATE ROTH

REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST

Kate completed her Diploma of Remedia Massage and Dermo Neuro Modulation Nerve Therapy in 2023. She is also currently completing her Sports Trainer Level One certification.

Kate is a Senior Level 1 member of the Association of Massage Therapist and has gained experience in a variety of clinical Massage settings since graduation.

 

Kate's expertise is in providing compassionate and effective massage treatments. She has a warm and considerate approach to relaxation and remedial massages. As an active and keen therapist, Kate works with each client to address their individual needs.

Most mornings Kate can be found ocean swimming, and enjoying a hot coffee.
