EMMA RICHARDS

Emma graduated with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy with First Class Honours from the University of South Australia.
With over six years experience as a sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor at one of South Australia's premier physiotherapy practices, Emma possesses considerable expertise in manual therapy, pain management, mobility management, injury prevention and patient education.
Emma is passionate about Clinical Pilates having used it for her own fitness as well as injury management and rehabilitation for many years.
Emma's special interests include athletic performance and injury prevention; hyper mobility and autonomic dysfunction; headaches and migraines.
In her free time, Emma enjoys travelling, exploring new cities and Muay Thai.
SARAH TRIFOGLI

Sarah graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University, after completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Rehabilitation from Charles Sturt University.
She is also a qualified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Sports Trainer and Pilates Instructor.
Since Graduating, Sarah followed her passion into Private Practice Physiotherapy and continued working as a Trainer in the local area, helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
She has a special interest in treating sports injuries, and optimising human movement mechanics for injury & pain prevention. Sarah focuses on a holistic approach, identifying the impact that a physical injury & pain can have on other areas of the body and the mind.
Sarah spends majority of her free time in the gym training hard as a competitive Powerlifting & Obstacle Course Athlete, and loves creating cake masterpieces.
DIANA MOGHADDAS
PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Diana graduated in physiotherapy from the University of Newcastle with First Class Honours.
Since completing her degree, Diana has been undertaking a part-time PhD at Newcastle University investigating the management of chronic neck pain.
She had the opportunity to present her honours thesis at the World Conference of Physiotherapy (2014) and the Australian Physiotherapy Conference (2014).
Diana has been working in private practice since completing her degree and has treated AFL, NRL and netball teams in Newcastle.
She has a deep understanding of observing movement patterns and biomechanics to assist in the thorough diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injuries.
Diana believes in working with you to establish goals and a comprehensive treatment plan to implement self-management techniques to be able to recover sooner and prevent the condition from returning.
Her special interests include the management of musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation and sporting injuries. Diana also has a passion for instructing Clinical Pilates classes for the management and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries.
When not working or studying, Diana enjoys cycling, swimming and high intensity interval training.
IVAN CHOI

Ivan graduated from the University of Sydney and subsequently completed his Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapy. He is an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
A physiotherapist for over 15 years, Ivan has gained vast experience working in public hospitals and private practice both in Australia and in the UK.
Ivan’s expertise is diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. He has vast experience in sports physiotherapy - treating athletes at all different levels.
Ivan treats the cause of the issue and implements self-management strategies and preventative measures to reduce the risk of re-injury.
Ivan has special interests in spinal and musculoskeletal conditions, biomechanics, and post orthopaedic surgical rehabilitation.
In his spare time, Ivan is a keen rugby fan and enjoys a regular game of touch football.
MARTINA DENIS
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Diploma Remedial Massage (ACNT)
Martina graduated from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in 2013 as a Remedial Massage Therapist and is a member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia.
As part of her studies Martina provided massage to some of the Penrith Panthers. Through this unique opportunity she gained knowledge and experience in sports massage and the science of maintenance and recovery for athletes of all calibre.
With a keen interest in neck and shoulder conditions, Martina has worked alongside a team of experienced physiotherapists over the last few years giving her expert insight into the causes, symptoms, and solutions to these common conditions.
With a holistic approach, Martina will look at the whole picture before commencing treatment and is a firm believer in maintenance and prevention through exercise and self-care.
When not massaging, Martina enjoys long walks exploring the city.
