PHYSIOTHERAPY EXERCISE CLASS

The physiotherapy exercise classes are individually tailored exercise programs utilising a range of exercise equipment including Pilates equipment, stability balls, weights, resistance bands and other equipment in our exercise studio.

It is a whole-of-body exercise program designed to increase flexibility, build strength, develop control and improve endurance. Pilates encourages mental concentration, muscle control, proper body alignment, precise movement and co-ordinated breathing.

 

The classes are ideal for those recovering from injury or simply looking to improve well-being.

ONE-ON-ONE

BOUNCEBACK SESSION

Specifically for back injuries, the BOUNCE Back Active Rehabilitation System helps reduce pain, improve function and prevent re-injury.

 

Designed by Specialist Sports Physiotherapist, Trish Wisbey-Roth, BOUNCE Back is scientifically proven to assist in regaining function and spinal strength.

ONE-ON-ONE PHYSIOTHERAPY EXERCISE SESSION

Following initial treatment, one-on-one exercise session will help you learn, or
re-learn, how to move correctly with control and avoid further injury.

 

Our physiotherapists will prescribe exercises specific to your needs, supervise your performance of them and make sure you’re performing them correctly.

CLASSES

Once you're familiar with the equipment, conscious of your movement and performing the exercises correctly, take your rehabilitation to the next level and develop the strength and endurance needed to prevent re-injury and protect against new injuries.

 

Our small group exercise classes
(up to four people) run throughout the year, where our physiotherapists will prescribe, progress and help you perfect the exercises so you can reach your goals.
