PHYSIOTHERAPY EXERCISE SESSIONS
Our physiotherapist instructed one-on-one exercise sessions are individually tailored exercise programs utilising a range of exercise equipment including Pilates equipment, stability balls, weights, resistance bands and other equipment in our exercise studio.
They are whole-of-body exercise programs designed to increase flexibility, build strength, develop control and improve endurance. They encourage mental concentration, muscle control, proper body alignment, precise movement and co-ordinated breathing.
Theses sessions are ideal for those recovering from injury or simply looking to improve well-being.
ONE-ON-ONE
BOUNCEBACK SESSION
Specifically for back injuries, the BOUNCE Back Active Rehabilitation System helps reduce pain, improve function and prevent re-injury.
Designed by Specialist Sports Physiotherapist, Trish Wisbey-Roth, BOUNCE Back is scientifically proven to assist in regaining function and spinal strength.
ONE-ON-ONE
PHYSIOTHERAPY EXERCISE SESSION
Following initial treatment, one-on-one exercise session will help you learn, or
re-learn, how to move correctly with control and avoid further injury.
Our physiotherapists will prescribe exercises specific to your needs, supervise your performance of them and make sure you’re performing them correctly.
