First things first — we’ve moved.
Our physio and Clinical Pilates services are now running from:📍327 Glebe Point Road, Glebe. 

 

We’re also renovating our old home at 319 Glebe Point Road, which will soon be home to our full suite of Function services — functional gym, Studio Pilates reformer, aerial stretch, and Bounce classes (coming soon). 

 

It’s going to be something different for Glebe.

To celebrate the move, we’re offering every existing patient a complimentary Health & Movement Check at our new space (valued at $120).
It is a 30-minute, no-fuss check-in with one of our physios, where we look at where your body’s at, flag anything worth addressing, and give you a clear path forward — whether that is physio, Clinical Pilates, or simply knowing you’re in good shape.
